Projects Magazine is back in circulation and in this special energy edition, produced in partnership with Sustainable Places 2019, we showcase some of the excellent European research that is tackling the broad issue of energy in addressing key sustainability and climate change targets.
The topic of energy is broad and complex. As the issue of climate change worsens by the day, the urgency to tackle energy consumption and production across all areas of our society and industry increases. From the EU building stock to the bioeconomy, measures and initiatives are being enforced to implement drastic changes in order to meet energy efficient targets and help our planet.
Projects Magazine Energy Edition is the 42nd issue of this popular publication and it highlights some of the incredible research projects working in the energy sector as well as focussing on some of the hot topics in energy, from heat pumps to the Internet of Things, currently being discussed across the EU. This edition is also published in partnership with Sustainable Places 2019 and will be distributed at the conference, which brings together the brightest minds in Europe each year to talk about how we can improve our built environments. This year, the event takes place in Cagliari, Sardinia.
With this targeted distribution, the nine EU-funded projects showcased in the magazine will reach some of the leading actors, companies and influencers from around the globewith news of their cutting-edge research and innovation on designing, building and retrofitting a more sustainable built environment.
